Exhibit strong consulting skills in analysis, communication, and teamwork.
Lead and manage a team of consultants with diverse expertise.
Engage with product interfaces and integrations.
Document functional requirements and conduct gap/fit analysis.
Manage scope changes with effective change control processes.
Lead solution design, make decisions, and create solution documentation.
Deliver end-user training and provide on-site support during delivery and go-live phases.
