The Integrated Financial Services Management System (IFSMS) is a comprehensive project led by me as a Lead Consultant for FNH (Financials & Housing). FNH is a prominent player in the Mortgage and Housing financial services industry, offering a range of financial products and services. To streamline and optimize their operations, FNH sought to develop a cutting-edge solution that would integrate multiple subsystems and centralize their business management processes.

D365 Implementation led by me as a Lead Consultant for Brookfield Global Relocation. BGRS is a prominent player in the Relocation and Home buying and selling services industry, offering a comprehensive range of relocation and real-estate solutions. To streamline and optimize their operations, BGRS sought to develop a cutting-edge solution that would integrate multiple subsystems and centralize its business management processes.

The D365 Implementation includes seamless integration with various critical subsystems. These subsystems, namely Novus, Concur, and SKG TAS (Treasury Automation Suite), play crucial roles in different aspects of BGRS's operations.

Novus Integration: Novus is an essential component of the D365 Implementation, facilitating efficient client management and enhancing the relocation experience. By integrating Novus with D365, BGRS can effortlessly manage client interactions, track relocations, and ensure a smooth and personalized service delivery process.
