We intend to use Dynamics CRM Online through the browser client rather than the Outlook client.
E-mail in Dynamics CRM 2011 The Router appears to allow Dynamics CRM to connect directly to Exchange, bypassing Outlook.
I can find a lot of information about how to install the E-mail router, but not much about its capabilities.
e.g:
If the email router is properly configured...
Can we make an email sent by a user via Dynamics CRM (browser client) appear to be from them and appear in their'sent' items in their exchange mailbox?
Is the E-mail router capable of transferring an Appointment created by a user via Dynamics CRM (browser client) to Exchange?
Similarly, what about tasks?
