Participation in the survey constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Live D365 reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
To be eligible for the prize draw, participants must complete the entire Live D365 Dynamics Industry Survey in full and provide a valid email address.
Entries submitted without a valid email address or containing an invalid email address will be excluded from the draw.
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Each individual is allowed only one entry. Multiple entries or fraudulent submissions will result in disqualification.
Employees of Live D365, its affiliates, and any parties involved in promoting or administering this survey are not eligible to participate.
Live D365 reserves the right to substitute the Microsoft Surface Laptop with a $500 eGift Card if unforeseen circumstances arise.
For winners outside the United States, an equivalent prize value (based on the exchange rate at the time of the prize draw) will be offered.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives unless specified.
A winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the survey closes.
The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the final notification email, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be chosen. No compensation will be provided.
All personal data collected during this survey will be used only by Live D365, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Your email address will not be shared with any third parties and will only be used for communication related to this survey and Live D365.
Live D365 is not liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment incurred as a result of entering the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
Live D365 does not offer any form of technical or support assistance for the prize. Responsibility for the prize rests solely with the winner upon receipt.
Entry to the prize draw is free, and no purchase is necessary.
By entering the prize draw, you agree that Live D365 may use your name and likeness in any publicity or marketing materials, provided you give your consent in the survey.
Live D365 reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of force majeure or any other event outside its control.
In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, the prize draw’s conduct, or any related matters, Live D365’s decision will be final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
